Founder

Nikki Ho

Nikki Ho founded LOT Architects and is a Registered Architect of Hong Kong, renowned for her innovative approach to human-centered design. With a deep passion for exploring the limitless possibilities of architecture and interior spaces, she believes that design is an integral part of culture—shaped by the people who inhabit it.

She has led numerous projects across commercial, retail, hospitality and residential, each reflecting her commitment to fostering connections between people, place, and cultural identity. Awards she received including the Asian Youth Designer Program (Hong Kong Winner) and 40 Under 40 (China Interior Design Hong Kong).

She served as a Teaching Assistant for the Master of Architecture program at The University of Hong Kong. Her previous service to the Hong Kong Institute of Architects further underscores her commitment to advancing the profession.

A global perspective informs her work—having lived in New York and Beijing after graduating from HKU and the University of Minnesota with a degree in Architecture and Arts. Yet, it was her roots and vision for Hong Kong’s architectural landscape that drew her back, where she continues to redefine design excellence with a focus on culture, community, and innovation.
