Vibrant Juice Bar Interior Design in Central Hong Kong

Bright, energetic retail design for a healthy juice and protein drink shop supporting busy urban lifestyles. Located at a high-traffic corner in Central, Hong Kong, Fruits & Fibre is a compact but impactful juice bar designed to support the health and energy needs of city workers. The client’s mission was to promote wellness, community engagement, and quick nourishment in one vibrant retail experience.

We were commissioned to create a visually striking shopfront and a functional interior that reflects the brand’s commitment to healthy living and urban vitality.

A Bright and Bold Juice Bar for City Wellness

Eye-Catching Shopfront with Branding Impact

To stand out in the bustling Central streetscape, we designed a bright orange storefront with bold white graphics and leaf motifs, catching the eyes of passersby and reinforcing the brand identity.

Color-Changing Island Counter as a Centerpiece

The centerpiece of the space is a custom-designed island bar counter clad in a gradient metal sheet that shifts between orange, purple, and pink depending on the viewing angle. This vibrant material adds motion and dimension while visually anchoring the space.

Minimalist Background for Maximum Product Focus

The rest of the store is intentionally subdued—with muted walls and clean shelves—to direct attention to the product menu and the dynamic bar counter. This contrast enhances both function and form, offering a premium yet approachable vibe.

Community Bench for Rest and Engagement

An outdoor bench is integrated at the storefront to offer a resting spot even for non-customers. This human-centered gesture promotes community interaction, visibility, and casual gathering—key to modern urban retail.
