SkyOasis redefines the conventional villa typology in the New Territories with a bold architectural vision that explores the dynamic relationship between solidity and openness. Through carefully sculpted voids, double-height volumes, and interplay of light and shadow, both internal spatial quality and external architectural forms are given a distinctive identity.
Tranquility Between Earth and Sky
Comprising 16 semi-detached villas, each unit includes its own private garden and carpark, seamlessly integrated with a crafted landscape that blends harmoniously into the surrounding natural environment. The design invites greenery to flow through the development, acting as a living bridge between sky and ground, infusing the community with a sense of calm and retreat.
Façade & Materiality
The façade design employs a monolithic composition using a high-contrast palette of warm beige and dark grey stone in a variety of natural textures. This contrast not only highlights the architectural form but also enhances the overall elegance of the development. The garden design follows a warm-toned palette, creating a welcoming, soft outdoor atmosphere.
Architectural Features
A signature double-height void defines the living room, elevating the sense of volume and openness. A free-floating staircase, strategically positioned in the corner, enhances vertical spatial fluidity and becomes a sculptural focal point.
Art & Storytelling in the Show Villa
In the showroom villa, a large mural painting by a local artist decorates the feature wall. The artwork—depicting a free-spirited boy immersed in nature—captures the essence of SkyOasis: a place where one can breathe, dream, and connect with nature.
