The UMEC Office, located in Hong Kong Science Park, spans over 7,000 square feet and is thoughtfully designed for a leading company in the AI and 5G technology sector. This project blends functionality, innovation, and aesthetics to create a future-ready office tailored for fast-growing tech teams.

Design Concept: Future-Ready Smart Workspace

Our goal was to create a smart office interior that aligns with UMEC’s cutting-edge technology focus. The layout emphasizes openness, flexibility, and collaboration, while also ensuring comfort and productivity for teams working on advanced innovation.

The space planning encourages smooth circulation and clear zoning through natural light pathways and strategic spatial transitions. Visitors are welcomed by full-height windows that offer panoramic sea views, paired with modern elements that reflect UMEC’s tech-forward brand.
